Stephanie Jolly is one of only seven original licensed cannabinoid scientists in the United States, and stands alone as the only one without a collegiate affiliation. As a pioneer in the world of cannabis, she was provided a unique pathway to her current role by partaking in a large number of studies and collaborations without the limitations of the academic grant boundaries. The confluence of Ms. Jolly’s multifarious background in formulation at Eli Lilly and her understudy program with a world-renowned endocrinologist has her uniquely positioned to utilize a wide variety of biological formulation approaches. Stephanie holds a BS in Biological Sciences and MS in Biochemistry, both from the University of Washington. She is the Chief Scientist and Master Formulator for Harmony and has been an active, published research contributor with the ICRS (International Cannabinoid Research Society) for over 8 years. As an experienced biochemist and expert in her chosen field, Stephanie’s patent-pending, proprietary nanoparticalizing technology decreases the size of molecules by the millionth (20nm) from their original size, and, as a result, increases the bioavailability and systemic absorption of the cannabinoids. Stephanie is driven by a passion to heal and improve the patient’s standard of living through the utilization of CBD and other cannabinoids.

Tony Cort serves as the Co-founder, VP Sales and Strategic Partnerships of Harmony Nutrascience Group (HNG). HNG is a vertically integrated seed-to-shelf company focused on the industrial hemp space. Tony leads a team of executives and senior level consultants, he also oversees all investor relations, Joint Venture integration and helps to drive innovative brand and product development direction.
Tony Cort is no stranger to establishing new portals and breaking barriers in traditional industries – and exudes his passion for innovation through inspiring and mentoring others. Tony’s multidisciplinary career spans 30+ years and includes marketing, content creation, strategic communications, supply chain management, policy research and developing startup organizations. Outside of his daily duties at HNG, Tony also serves as the COO & President of DAMRON Packaging and Logistics Group. DAMRON made headwaves as the first long-term minority supplier to McDonald’s in 1984 and still continues 36 years later, to create the McFlurry spoons and supply tea for them today.
Tony combines his technical expertise in managing packaging engineers, logistics specialists & QA professionals with pivotal critical thinking and leveraged relationships in order to accelerate pipeline development and sustainable solutions for essential businesses in the legal cannabis marketplace.
Chris is the CEO and Co-founder of Harmony Nutrascience Group (HNG). Chris has 20 years of relevant experience in the healthcare, government contracting, and cannabis industry including operations, sales, value chain development and optimization. As Group President, Chris oversees all HNG subsidiary operating companies with Sr. leadership of those operations reporting to him.
Chris helps develop the company’s vision architecture and leads the implementation of operations to achieve the goals of that vision. Chris leverages his international perspective, entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to bring value to Harmony and other entrepreneurs looking to enter the legal hemp industry.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, she is also a licensed cosmetologist. As a chemist, she is a complete cosmetic chemist with over 15 years of experience researching and developing personal care products such as hair care, hair color, skin care and color cosmetics. Many of her formulas have been displayed on countless beauty store shelves around the world under a variety of top recognizable brand names. Cassandra is not your average cosmetologist. She is one of the most talented hair colorists, hair stylists, trichologists and make-up artists in today’s creative and trendy beauty industry. As a licensed cosmetologist she is not limited to the salon. She has extensive experience in the areas of print, theater, television and film. Her work has graced the pages of countless elite magazines and she has worked with national and global television networks and productions.
Cassandra is an advocate for self care and as a beauty industry influencer, she emphasizes the importance in selecting the right raw materials, formulation techniques and product applications which are used for personal care and beauty enhancements. She combines her immense passion for beauty and science, to uniquely design the necessary products consumers need to achieve healthy looking skin, stunning hairstyles, and flawless make-up looks. Cassandra serves as a mentor for both experienced and young professionals as a STEM and beauty educator across the country. In addition, she is an advocate for women’s welfare, working with nonprofit organizations.
Sydney Hall is the Co- founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Harmony Nutrascience Group. Sydney over 25 years of experience in the cannabis and marketing industry ranging from cultivation, manufacturing, media, marketing and sales.
As CSO Sydney creates and advances beneficial strategies that will help Harmony and it’s leadership stay ahead of the competition and realize its mission. Sydney helps to create the company’s vision and contributes with dynamic and strategies that will help propel the hemp industry into a global connective market.
Dr. Damper is Co-founder and Advisor for Harmony. He has committed his life to the betterment, health and wellness of his patients. His passions are staying on the forefront of medicine, seeking innovative, holistic and integrative treatments. Board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, his expertise is in interventional spinal and musculoskeletal medicine, non-opioid pain management, sports medicine and regenerative medicine.
His patients range from injured professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, and MLB to patients suffering from acute or chronic pain. He is pioneering non-surgical orthopedics utilizing fluoroscopy and ultrasound technologies to provide precise and safe procedures throughout the body. By incorporating stem cells, platelet rich plasma (PRP), prolotherapy and amniotic/placenta derivatives along with nutrition and mind-body medicine he believes in the body’s ability to heal itself.

Ronald Damper is President and Founder of DAMRON Corporation, a 100% veteran and minority-owned and operated tea manufacturer. DAMRON is McDonald’s first diverse national supplier and supplies tea to McDonald’s nationwide along with various other restaurant systems. Areas of expertise include corporate and financial management, product distribution and contract packaging.
He is also Founder of DAMPER Enterprises which operates DAMRON Packaging & Logistics (DPLG) as well as a Principal of Vivacelle Bio, a biotech company.
